Does this work with QuickBooks Online?+
Not yet — Quickremit is built for QuickBooks Desktop. Online support is on the roadmap.
What email providers work?+
Microsoft 365, Gmail, classic Outlook, and any SMTP provider (GoDaddy, Shaw, Rogers, etc.). The setup wizard guides you through it step by step.
Is my data stored anywhere online?+
No. Everything stays on your computer. Vendor emails, PDFs, and settings are stored locally. Quickremit connects directly to your email to send — your data never touches our servers.
How do I get the PDF out of QuickBooks?+
Pay bills using the Cheque method, enter your EFT/ACH reference as the cheque number, then go to File → Print Forms → Bill Payment Stubs. Select your payments, print to PDF. The app has a full guide built in.
What happens when my trial ends?+
The app prompts you to subscribe. Your vendor database and settings are saved — nothing is lost. Subscribe, enter your license key, and you're back up immediately.
